                                      FREDDIE THE BAT SEZ?..

Turkey Day is coming, Turkey Day, I can't wait until Turkey Day.  I just looooove turkey.  Turkey Day means that Christmas is a-comin' and that means food, presents, food, friends, food, and parties.
This past month has been full and exciting.  The church was busy, noisy and active.  The Trustees were busy, the Special Events Committees were busy putting together Westerfest.  The Sunday School started working on the Christmas Pageant, the Choir made a CD of Christmas Carols to help defray the cost of going to New York and preparing the Christmas Cantata and the Youth Group planned an outing in November.
Did you see the kids dressed in Halloween costumes last Sunday?   They were going to a Halloween party after church at the Henderson's home.  What a party it was!  So much food, games, activities and lots of laughs and fun.  I dressed up as a chip.  I had to be careful because the kids kept trying to dip me in the bean dip.  That Susan lady really went all out for the party.  I think the adults had as much fun as the kids.
Did you see that cookie that Preach was eating at the party?  I thought to myself, "what a pig."  He had put so much frosting on it that he couldn't eat it.  He had to use a fork.  Then I found out that a kid had made it for him.  Well that's different, but did he have to eat the whole thing?
Well, I better fly since Preach is doin' something without me.

                                                         Got to fly for now.
